CITATION:
- "For meritorious achievement in aerial flight as a bombardier/navigator attached to Attack Squadron SIXTY FIVE embarked in USS CONSTELLATION (CVA-64) in combat operations in Southeast Asia from 13 July 1966 to 8 August 1966. In the successful completion of ten strikes against the enemy in a active combat area, Lieutenant (junior grade) COKER contributed substantially to the success of the United States efforts in Southeast Asia. His achievements were accomplished with distinction under hazardous conditions and were in keeping with the highest traditions of hte United States Naval Service."
