BACON AND CHEESE CURL-UPS

Cut the crusts off of a loaf of sliced sandwich bread. Add milk or cream to one large package cream cheese to spreading consistency. Add either onion powder or a clove of crushed garlic. Spread on slices of bread, roll and wrap with bacon.

Put in 4 toothpicks to hold roll, then slice in four pieces. Bake at 400° for 12-15 minutes.
