Commencement of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa Second Amendment Act, 2001 (Act No. 61 of 2001)
Under section 11 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa Second Amendment Act, 2001 (Act No. 61 of 2001), I hereby fix 26 April 2002 as the date on which sections 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9 and 10 of the said Act shall come into operation.
