Commencement of sections 7 and 8 of the judicial matters second amendment act, 1998 (Act No. 122 of 1998)
Under section 16 of the Judicial Matters Second Amendment Act, 1998 (Act No. 122 of 1998), I hereby fix 18 July 2003 as the date on which sections 7 and 8 of the said Act shall come into operation.
