the bank, where the same have been occasioned by any default or delay on the part of the bank. Any such order against a bank may be enforced as if the bank was a party to the proceeding (in).
Sect. 22.
Production, Inspection etc. of
1302. The privileges of the Act extend to all banks having duly made a return to the Commissioners of Inland Kevenue, to savings banks duly certified, and to Post Office savings banks (n) but if the bank is a company registered under the Companies Acts, it must have duly furnished to the Eegistrar of Joint Stock Companies the prescribed list and summary, with the addition of a statement of the name of the several places where it carries on business, and
