DISPOSAL OPERATIONS
A. OPERATIONS WHICH DO NOT LEAD TO THE POSSIBILITY OF RESOURCE RECOVERY, RECYCLING, RECLAMATION, DIRECT RE-USE OR ALTERNATIVE USES
Section A encompasses all such disposal operations which occur in practice.
