Thomas Allin : These are to impower you to Proceed into the towns of Warren, Swanzey, and Rehoboth, and to purchase as many Blankets as you Can agree for and if you cannot Purchase any you must take to the amount of one Hundred, not taking more than one or two from any one family. Make strict search as they must be had, for the army are now suffering for the same and give your receipt for the number taken to the owner of the same.
