The same remark applies to two other fine songs which deserve to be quoted here— এ যায়, যায়, চায় ফিরে সজল নয়নে feats গো, ফিরাঁও গো ওরে অমিয়-বচনে। হেরি ওর অভিমান দূরে গেল মোর মান অস্থির হতেছে প্রাণ প্রতি পদার্পণে ॥ তবে প্রেমে কি স্থথ হতো। আমি যারে ভালবাসি সে যদি ভালবাসিতো। কিংশুক শোভিত ঘ্বাণে কেতকী কণ্টক হীনে ফুল ফুটিত চন্দনে ইক্ষুতে ফল ফলিতো । প্রেমসাগরেরি জল হত যদি স্থুশাতল বিচ্ছেদ বাড়বানল তাহে যদি না থাকিতো ॥ The number of Sridhar’s songs which have come down to us is very limited and not more than one hundred songs may be found attributed to him in different anthologies. * Sridhar is undoubtedly one of the finest tappa-writers of this period, although he moves within a very limited and inferior range. songs by Sridhar; Love-songs 121, and songs on Krsna and Radha 35, Syamabisayak 4, Gauribisayak 9, besides some miscellaneous padas. But these have not yet been published. Altogether nearly a hundred songs will be found assigned to Sridhar in different anthologies and selections.
