Her hair is dressed in ringlets. She is in black with white cuffs and a close-fitting white transparent collar, fastened round her shoulders with a brooch. Her hands are folded ; in the right is a closed fan. Beside her to the left is a table with a cloth, on which stands a mirror. To the right, behind her, is an easy-chair. Panel, 14 inches by inches.
