pretenses, representations, and promises, transmit and cause to be transmitted, by means of wire communications in interstate and foreign commerce, writings, signs, signals, pictures, and sounds, for the purposes of executing such scheme and artifice, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1343; and b. to knowingly execute and attempt to execute a scheme and artifice to defraud a federally insured financial institution, and to obtain monies, fimds, credits, assets, securities and other property from said financial institution by means of false and fraudulent pretenses, representations. and promises, all in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section I344.
