At his instance the General Mediae] Council in England recognised the medical degrees of Melbourne, and he was himself the first person registered in the United Kingdom purely on a colonial medical qualification. He created the Museum of Pathology in the University of Mel- bourne, and has written a number of reports to the Victorian Government and scientific papers. In June 1906 he received an ela- borate testimonial from the Directors and every officer of the North Coast S.N. Co. Is a Director of the Sydney Hospital and of the South British Insurance Co.
