  7.   8. All documents and communications concerning prepared remarks for a speech by Donald Trump on November 3, 2020, or November 4, 2020.
  9. All documents and communications to or from John Eastman from November 3, 2020, through January 20, 2021.
  10. All documents and communications relating to allegations of election fraud or to challenging, overturning, or questioning the validity of the 2020 Presidential election, and involving personnel of the Department of Justice, including any one or more of the following individuals: Jeffrey Rosen, Richard Donoghue, Steven Engel, Jeffrey Wall, Patrick Hovakimian, Byung J. “BJay” Pak, Bobby Christine, or Jeffrey Clark.
