Now, first of all, about the recent developments, the lifting of the order to the Seventh Fleet which regards Formosa, and the contemplation of a naval blockade of the red Chinese. Now, sir, do you think that this move by General Eisenhower, and this talk of a blockade, do you think that this has increased the likelihood of a third world war?
