The degree of that obligation in terms of burden, of course, varies with countries depending upon their military strength, their economic strength, and their interests. After all, it is quite clear that this country, with its greater economic and military strength, will carry the major portion of maintaining peace in that part of the world. But you will not find our own country lacking in its desire to work at all times in carrying out to the full the obligations we've entered into.
