  • The detection limit is defined as three times the standard deviation of blanks. The standard

deviation of six blanks was 1.04 µg of copper per sample. The average blank value was 2.95 µg of copper. Detection limits in Table 1 are quantities of anhydrous super absorbent polymer per sample.
