Thus, the bias of the method used for the source measurements may be of little importance. If there are several methods applicable for a given user’s project (regardless of whether all fulfill the AC for single measurements), the analyst would be well-advised to consult with the user (preferably in advance of measurement) to determine which of those methods would produce the most accuracy for the final results or estimates needed by that particular user. Accuracy, bias, and imprecision jointly form a complete
or sufficient set for the efficient description of the measurement error characteristic of any method.
