10 Meaning of public official
(1) Each of the following is a public official:
- (a) a parliamentarian;
- (b) a staff member of a Commonwealth agency;
- (c) a staff member of the NACC.
(2) A person who is acting for and on behalf of, or as a deputy or delegate of, any person or body set out in subsection (1) is also a public official.
