MOSES WILLIAMS.
Moses Williams (alias Dakota), was horn in Dakota. He is a half-breed indian, and was educated at Carlisle, Pa. He is 22 years old and went to Navassa in March, 1889, and worked in the bake shop. He was held as a prisoner with Key and the others, but the jury that convicted Key acquitted Williams and disagreed as to the other sixteen men indicted for rioting.
