ARTICLE IX.

Regency.

The ſame Council of Inſpection is to compoſe the Regency, with the Queen at their head, or, in her abſence, with the Primate of the kingdom. The Regency may take place only,

1ſt. During the King’s minority.

2d. In caſe of the King’s ſettled alienation of reaſon.

3d. In caſe of the King’s being made a priſoner of war.

Minority is to be conſidered till eighteen years are compleated, and the malady muſt
