A Donation of Ten Guineas constitutes a vice-President and fires three votes for life at all elections. Bach donation of Three Quine** gives a rote at all elections for life. Kvery Annual Subscriber is entitled to one vote at all elections la respect of each Five Shillings so paid. Bvery man and woman throughout the United Kingdom, whether publisher, wholesaler, retailer, employer or employed, Is entitled to become a member upon payment o( Five Shillings annually or Three Guineas for Life, provided that he or she is engaged In the sale of newspapers. The Annuitant* now nnmber thirty-six, the men receiving ".'>; and the women 20J. per annum each. These Pensions, now amounting to 800i. per annum, are all paid from the dividends arising from Un- invested capital of the Institution. The "Royal Victoria Pension Fund" was established In 1887. It provides pensions of 301. a year each for four widows of newsvendors. The "Francis Fund" provides pensions for one man 251. and one woman 20*. Temporary Relief Is given, not only to Members, bnt to newsvendora or their servants who may be recommended for assistance by Members.
