throwing it into the pond close to Probert's House. It was first of all stripped, but where this opperation was earned into effect is not ascertained. On Monday night John Thurtell and Hunt went down to Probert's again, and with his assistance the body was taken out of the pond, put into a gig, carried a way a distance of nearly two miles, and thrown into the place where it was found.
