����The Artificial Eye Maker First Takes a Tube of Glass, Heats It and Blows It Until a Bubble ot Glass Is Formed at the End. The End of the Bubble Is Then Perforated With a Conical Point As Here Shown. Thus the White of the Artificial Eye Is Formed. The Iris, Appropriately Striated, Is Then Fused to This Bubble
