affirmative, he shall be conducted into the room of the Association by the chairman of the Examining Committee, and be introduced to the President; after which, the candidates shall sign the Constitution and pay a fee of twenty-five cents, and be declared members of the Association.

ART. VIrepresentatives—When two or more Subordinate Associations shall have been organized in any county, they shall elect one representative for every twenty-five members, who, together with the President and Vice President, shall form a County Association.

ART. VII—This Association is authorized to make any By-Laws not in conflict with the State or County Associations.

ART. VIII—The meetings of this Association may be public or private.

ART. IX—The members of one Subordinate Association shall have the privilege of attending the meetings of all Subordinate Associations.

ART. X—The Treasurer of this Association shall pay into the Treasury of the State Association, twenty-five cents for each of its members and take a receipt for the same signed by the President of the State Association, and Secretary of the Council.
