Adult specimens, shmv marked strife on the area and wrinkles of growth on the broader part of the valve. The dorsal valve is semi-elliptical in outline, slightly convex with a quite prmninent round Incdinn laid and 4—5 smaller lolds on each side. Adult specimens show one or more lines of growth near the rounded margin.
This form comes nearest to Cyrtina Llutmani l‘l.\t.t. lrnm the lnwel' Helderherg, but is distinrtly more gtnhose, less {lt'tllt‘ towards the apex.
