On December 6th, 1905, while I was absent from my home, some one entered my place and stole various articles of wearing apparel and Indian curios. George Harvey, who lives near my place, has a reputation in that part of the country for breaking in houses and stealing things. An Indian who was visiting at the Harvey's told me that on the above mentioned day he saw two of the women from Harvey's place go over toward my house with a sack and an axe. I also noticed that there was a track of a wagon running from my house to Harvey's place, after the things were stolen. I would therefore request that a search warrant be issued, and the premises of George Harvey searched for the missing articles.
