Mr. Donald A. Webster, Assistant to the Secretary


NOTE:
Two photographers will be present in the Conference Room.


At approximately 3:30 p.m. Secretary Kennedy will escort you to the large Conference Room (Room 4121 directly adjacent to the small Conference Room) and on to a small stage where a single stand-up microphone will be provided. Following the introduction by Secretary Kennedy, who will remain seated on stage with you, you will speak to approximately 100 of the top employees of the Treasury Department.


It is expected you will speak approximately 15-20 minutes.


You will be escorted from the large Conference Room at approximately 3:45 p.m. by Secretary Kennedy and will return to the White House. (They will be prepared for you to shake hands with those assembled if your schedule permits).
