The President and his guests went to the West Wing he met briefly in his Office with Bryce N. Harlow.

The President,accompanied by Bryce N. Harlow, went to the Cabinet Room for the Congressional Leadership meeting. Those present were: See Appendix A, attached.

The President, accompanied by the Leadership, went to the Rose Garden where the White House Staff presented him with a birthday gift; a six month old male Irish Setter, named King Timahoe. Press photographers were present.
