12:25	12:27			The President escorted the visiting dignitaries to the Diplomat Reception Room and the Residence.
12:34				The President returned to his office accompanied by: The First Lady Helen Drown Sarah Jackson Doyle
12:47				Gail L. Moore, GSA Interior decorator, joined the group.
12:58				The President went to the Fish Room accompanied by the above group.
1:00				The President, accompanied by the same group, went to the Executive Office Building, where they looked at suites 176-180 and room 100.
1:18				The President and the group returned to his office.
1:22				The First Lady and her friends departed.
1:23				The President had lunch in his office.
1:56	2:03			The President met with his Personal Secretary, Rose Mary Woods.
3:05				The President left his office and went to the South Portico to have pictures taken with Walter John Chilsen, Candidate for Congress from the Seventh District of Wisconsin.
3:10				The President escorted Walter John Chilsen to the Diplomatic Reception Room.
3:13	4:24			The President departed from:the South Lawn by helicopter for a visit to C.I.A. Headquarters in McLean, Virginia. He 'Was greeted by Richard Helms, Director of C.I.A., and Colonel Laurence White, Executive Director at the C.I.A. Landing pad. The President and his escorts proceeded by motorcade to the C.I.A. main building. For further details see APPENDIX "C".
4:30				The President flew back to the south lawn of the White House by helicopter.
4:35				The President returned to his office.
