VISIT TO THE CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY

FRIDAY, MARCH 7, 1969

PRESIDENT'S SCENARIO:

At 3:10 p. m. you will depart by helicopter from the South Lawn of the White House arriving at the CIA landing pad at approximately 3:15 p. m. You will be greeted by Mr. Richard Helms, Director of the CIA, and Colonel Lawrence White, Executive Director. Accompanied by Director Helms, you will proceed by motorcade to the front entrance of the main building.

Director Helms will escort you from the motorcade through the main lobby to an elevator and up to the Directors Conference Room. Employees of the Agency will be lining your route through the lobby.

In the Directors Conference Room you will be introduced to the senior officials of the CIA.

At approximately 3:35 p. m . Mr. Helms will escort you from the Conference Room, down the elevator, through the lobby, outside, across to the Auditorium and on to the stage where a single stand-up microphone will be provided.
