  1. Excluſive of parliamentary grants, as rewards for public ſervices of the moſt eminent nature.
  2. Excluſive of thoſe in the courts of law, with which the miniſtier has nothing to do ; and, if abohſhed, compenſations muſt be made for them to the Chief Juſtices, or to thoſe who have the patronage.
