TEM it is ordained, That all Statutes and Ordi- nances made before this Time of Officers of the Exchequer, be hclden and firmly kept in all Points. ' (2) And moreover it is ordained and eftablifhed, ' That at what Time any Debts be once paid, and the ' Tallies thereof made, rejoined, and allowed in the
