II. Be it efhblifhed T ordained, and enacted by the King our Sovereign Lord, by the AfTent of the Lords a Rcn-.cd- for Spiritual and Temporal, and of the Commons, in this prefent Parliament aflembled, and by the Authority the Mayor and of the lame, That for all fuch Iflues in Form aforefaid hereafter to be loft or forfeited in the Mayor's Court, Sheriffs of Lon- it fhall be lawful to the faid Mayor, and to his Succeffors, to diftrain, and the fame Diftrefs to retain, till ^° n t0 e he or they be fatisfied of the faid Iflues.
