And it is enacted by Authority aforefaid, That all fuch Juftices to be made as is afore rehearfed in this Act, fhall have Authority and Power to keep and hold their Seffions of Peace, and to deliver the fame Gaols from Time to Time only within the Cams Liberties and Franchifes, and in fuch Places, and in none other Places, by Rcafon and Authority of that Commiffion, and to do and execute all other Things within the fame, in as ample and large Manner, as any other Juftices of Peace and Gaol-delivery in any Shire , within this Realm may do, and have Authority to do; any Act, Grant, Ufe, Cuftom and Allowance here- tofore had, made or tiled, or any Article in this prefent Acl made to the contrary notwithftanding. XVII. (2) And that no Perfon or Perfons within the faid Liberties, or any of them, fhall be hereafter in any wife compelled by Authority of this Act to appear out of the faid ■ Liberties before any other Juftices of Affife, Gaol-delivery, or of the Peace, than before fuch Juftices as fhall be named and affigned to fit and be by the King's Highnefs, his Heirs and Succeffors, within the faid Liberties in Form abovefaid. (3) And that this Act fhall not extend, or be expounded or taken to any other Liberty, Privilege or Franchife, granted, ufed or had to any Perfon or Perfons, other than before in

XVIII.
