Ufingtbema- XXXVII. Provided alfo, That it fhall be lawful to any Perfon now uling or exercifing, or that hath ufed king of Cloth at or exercifed the Feat or Myftery of Cloth-making, the fame to continue, ufe and exercife, although he hath the rime or the nQt b een thereunto Apprentice, or have exercifed the fame by the Space of feven Years ; any Thing in this A<t to the contrary notwithftanding.
