Cortftables'of any Parilh or Place within this Kingdom, Dominion of Wales, and Town of Berwick upon Tweed, to provide and furnifli (at a reafonable Time and Place to be appointed, upon a Penalty to be im- pofed not exceeding forty Shillings for every'fuch Omiffion) fo many fufficient Foot-Arms (with Wages and other irxident Charges) as the faid Lieutenants and Deputy-Lieutenants, or any three or more of ^em, (hall aflefs or charge according to the Rifles and Proportions of the faid Acts, upon Revenues under fifty Pounds per Annum, or upon perfonal Eftates lefs than fix hundred Pounds, lying or being within any fuch refpeiftive Parifli or Place. , . y.
