And be it further enacted, that if any Perfon fhall conceal, or be aiding or aflifting in the concealing Penalty upon any fuch Horfe or Horfes belonging to any Papift, or reputed Papift, fo refufing or making Default as Concealer of aforefaid, after the faid fifteenth Day of May, fuch Perfon (liall be committed to Priibn by fuch Warrant ^^P*^ Horfea,- as aforefaid, there to remain without Bail or Mainprize by the Space of three Months, and Ihall alfo forfeit and lofe to their Majefties and their Succeffors treble the Vaiue of fuch Horfe or Horfes; which Value is to be fettled as afordfaid.
