For every Piece of Vellum, Parchment or Paper, upon which any Special Bail to be taken in Special Bail or any of the Courts at Wejlininjier, or before any of the Judges of the faid Courts, or in any other Court Appearance, is. whatfoever, fhall be ingrofled or written, and for every Piece of Vellum, Parchment or Paper, upon v/hich fhall be ingroffed or written any Appearance upon fuch Special Bail, the Sum of one Shilling. XXVI. For every Skin or Piece of Vellum or Parchment, upon which fhall be ingroffed or written any Bill, Anfwer, Bill, Anfwer, Replication, Rejoinder, Interrogatories, Depofitions taken by Commifiion, or any other Replication, &c. Pleadings whatfoever, in the Courts of Chancery, Exchequer, Duchy Court, and County Palatine Courts, ' ^' or other Courts of Equity, the Sum of one Shilling. XXVII. For every Skin or Piece of Vellum or Parchment, and for every Sheet or Piece of Paper, upon Admiffion kz, which any AdmilEon into any Corporation or Company, or any Matriculation in either of the two Uni- i s. verfities, or any Admiffion into any of the Inns of Court, or Inns of Chancery, fhall be ingroffed or v/rit- ten, the Sum of one Shilling. XXVIII. For every Piece of Parchment or Paper, upon which any Affidavit fhall be ingroffed or writ- Affidavit, 6d, ten (except Affidavits taken purfiiant to feveral Ai3;s made in the thirtieth and two and thirtieth Years of Exception, the Reign of King Charles the Second, for burying in Woollen ; and except fuch Affidavits as fliall be taken before the Offxers of the Cuftom.s, or any Juftice or Jufcices of the Peace, or before any Commif- fioners appointed or to be appointed by any Aft of Parliament for the afieffing and levying any Aids or Duties granted or to be granted to His Majefiy, His Heirs or Succeflbrs, and which Affidavits fliall be taken - by the faid Officers of the Cuftoms, Juftices or Commiffioners, by virtue of their Authority as Juftices of the Peace or Commiffioners refpeftively, and not otherwife) the Sum of fix Pence.
