And to the Intent the Inheritance, which her Majefty hath of and in the faid Hereditary Duties of Excife upon Beer, Ale, and other Liquors, and of and in the faid Revenue arifmg in the faid general Letter Office or Poft Office, and in the fmall Branches of her Majefty's Revenue herein after mentioned (that is to fay) The Firft Fruits and Tenths of the Clergy, the Fines for Writs of Covenant and Writs of Entry, payable in the Alienation Office, the Poft Fines, the Revenue of the V/ine Licences, and the Revenue arifing by Sheriffs Profers, and Compofitions in the Exchequer, and by Seizures of uncuftomed and prohibited Goods, may be preferved in the Crown, for the future Benefit thereof; Be it further enacted and declared by the Authority aforefaid.
