D. 1707. her Majefty, her Heirs or Succeflbrs fhall in that Behalf dire£l ; and that if any Judge or Judges, or other Oilicer or Officers to whom refpe£lively it (hall appertain, fhall delay the doing, performing, making, or pronouncing any of the feveral Proceedings, Matters, or Things for, towards, or relating to the con-* demning or difchargini, releaftng or delivering of any fuch Capture in Manner aforefaid, within the re- fpciSive Times heiein before limited, or as foon as the fame or any of them ought to be done (according to the Tenor and true Meaning of this A£l) all and every fuch Judge and Judges, and other Officer and Officers, Ihall for every fuch Offence forfeit the Sum of five hundred Pounds ; the one Moiety thereof to her Majefly, her Heirs and Succellbrs, and the other Moiety thereof, with full Cofts of Suit, to fuch Perlbn or Perfons as fliall inform or fue for the fame, in any of the Courts in or for any of her Majefty's faid Colonies or Plantations, or in any of her Majefty's Courts of Record within her Kingdom of Great Brittiin.
