Ill, And it is hereby alio enacted, That all the Monies, which, from and after the twenty-ninth Day The Monies of September one thoufand feven hundred and feventeen, fhall be brought into the Exchequer, or fhall be " ifin S »**« ?-9 . then remaining there, of or for the faid Cuftoms, Subfidies, Impofitions, Rates, Duties, additional Di| r appropnared for tics, proportional Parts, weekly and other Payments, by this and the faid former Acts, or an^ of them, Payment o( granted or continued, as aforefaid, (except the necefiary "Charges of ilfuin ; and applying the faid Monies Aimtliries pay- to the fame Ufes and Purpofcs, and rendring the Accounts thereof) fhall be and are hereby appropriated, ab ]f b > ';•■ " and fliall be iffued and applied to and for the Payment and Satisfaction of fuch Annuities as fhall be pay- ' &< " ' able by virtue of this Act, and making fuch other Payments as are hereby directed, in their due Order, Me- thod and Form, and with fuch Preferences, and fubject to fuch Redemptions, as are in and by this A£t prefcribed of and concerning the fame refpectively, and without any Fee or Charge whatfoeyer to be de^ manded of or paid by the refpective Perfons or Corporations, who are to receive the faid Monies ; and that the refpective Officers of the Exchequer, who fliall make any Delay in iffuingor paying the fame, or fliall be guilty of diverting or misapplying any of the faid Monies, contrary to this Act, for any fuch Offence fhall be forejudged from their refpective Offices or Places, and be rendred incapable to ferve his Majefty, his Heirs and SuccelTors, in any Office or Employment of Truft or Profit whatfoever, and fliall alfo be the any- more than one Imparlance fhall be granted and allowed. And whereas the faid yearly Sums of one hundred thirty-five thoufand Pounds, one hundred ' eighty-fix thoufand fix hundred and feventy Pounds, one hundred fixty-eight thoufand and three Pounds, ' o.iC hundred fixty-eight thoufand and three Pounds, and thirty-nine thoufand eight hundred fifty-five ' -Pounds fifteen Shillings feven Pence and one Fifth Part of a Penny, adding thereunto the above-mention- ' ed Surplus or.
