D. 1716. the Form of this Statute, and have not paid the fame; which fhall be fufficient ; and in and upon fuch Aftion, Suit, Bill, or Information, there fhall be further recovered to his Majefty's Ufe,. againft the faid Governor and Company of the Bank of England, Damages after the Rate of ten Pounds per Centum for the Monies fo unpaid contrary to this Aft, beddes full Colls of Suit ; and the faid Governor and Company of the Bank of England, and their Succeffors, and their capital Stocks and Funds, fhall be and are hereby made fubjeft and liable thereunto ; fo always that the Sum to be called for or required of the faid Governor ani Company, as aforefaid, at any one Time do not exceed five hundred thoufand Pounds.- BanV to have an IX. Ana be it further enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That the faid Governor and Company of the percent "for fo ^ nk °$ England, and their Succeffors, for all and every Sum and Sums of Money which they fhall ad- zmich as 'they vance for or in Part of the faid Sum of two Millions five hundred thoufand Pounds, fhall have, receive and- fliaJl advance; enjoy, and be entitled by force and virtue of this Aft to have, receive and enjoy an Annuity after the Rate of five Pounds ; per Centum per Annujn for ever, fubjeft r.everthelefs to the Provifo of Redemption herein after contained in that Behalf; and that all and every fuch Annuity or Annuities after the Rate of five Pounds per Centum per Annum for the Money fo to be advanced, -fhall be charged upon and fhall be paid and payable, from Time to Time, out of the Monies vhich fhall from Time to Time arife, as well of or for the aforefaid Duties upon Ploufes, as of or for the faid Duties, Revenues and Incomes compofing the laid Fund called the aggregate Fund, and every or any of them, and fhall be paid and payable to the faid Governor and Company of the Bank of England, and their Succeffors, in manner following, that is to fay, The firif. Payment or Payments of fuch Annuity or Annuities after the Rate of five Pounds per Cen- tum per Aunum, fhall be computed by the' Day, and fatisfied from the Day or refpeftive Days on which the faid Sum, not exceeding two Millions five hundred thoufand Pounds, or any Part or Parts thereof fhall be advanced or paid, as aforefaid, until the quarterly Feaft-day, or refpeftive quarterly Feaft-days then next enfuing ; and from thenceforth the fartie Annuity or Annuities, after the Rate of five Pounds per Centum per Annum, fhall be paid and payable at the four iuoft ufual Feafts or Days of Payment in the Year before-mentioned, by even and equal Portions ; all which Payments fhall alfo be made in fuch Man- ner and Form, and with fuch Preference, as are herein after prefcribed in that Behalf.
