8. An Act for uniting and consolidating the parish churches of Stypud, alias Steeple, and Tyneham within the Isle of Purbeck, in the County of Dorset.

9. An Act to enable Elizabeth and Margaret Newton, Infants, during their Minority (with Consent of Trustees) to grant and fill up Leases or Part of the Estate late of John Newton Esq; their Father, deceased.

10. An Act for vesting the Estate late of James Price of Pilleth, in the County of Radnor, Esq; deceased, in Trustees, to be sold for Payment of several Portions, and Legacies charged thereon.

11. An Act to empower the Commissioners and Trustees for the forfeited Estates, to give such Relief to Hugh Wallace of Inglestoun, Esq; and Hugh Wallace his Son, in Relation to their Part in an heritable Bond and Enfeoffment upon the Estate of James late Earl of Linlithgow, attainted of High Treason, as they have given to other Claimants upon the said Bond.

An Act for granting an Aid to his Majefty by a Land- Tax to be raifed in Great Britain, for the Service of the Year 1723. 3. An Aft for continuing the Duties on Malt, Mum, Cy- der, and Perry, to raifc Money by way of a Lottery, for the Service of the Year 1723. 4. An Aft for punifhing Mutiny and Defertion, and for . the better Payment of the Army, and their Quarters. 5. An Act for redeeming certain Annuities, now payable 3 by the Cafhier of the Bank of England, at the Rate of five Pounds per Centum per Annum. 6. An Aft for reviving and adding two Millions to the Ca- pital Stock of the South-Sea Company, and for reviving a proportional Part of the yearly Fund payable at the Ex- chequer, and for dividing their whole Capital (after fuch Divifion made) into two equal Parts or Moieties, and for converting one of the faid Moieties into certain Annui- ties, for the Benefit of the Members, and for fettling the remaining Moiety in the faid Company ; and for con- tinuing for one Year longer the Provilion formerly made againft requiring Special Bail in Aftions or Suits upon fuch Contracts as are therein mentioned. 7. An Aft for amending the Laws relating to the Settlement, Imployment, and Relief of the Poor. 8. An Aft for continuing fome Laws, and reviving others therein mentioned, for exempting Apothecaries from fer- vingParifti and Ward Offices^and upon Juries, and rela- ting to Jurors; and to the Payment of Seamens Wages, and the Prefervation of Naval Stores, and Stores of War ; and concerning the Militia, and Trophy-Money ; and againft clandeftine running of uncuftomed Goods, and for more effectual preventing Frauds relating to the Cuftoms, and Frauds in mixing Silk with Stuffs to be exported. ■ 9. An Aft for the better qualifying the Manufacturers of Stuffs and Yarn in the City of Norwich, and Liberties thereof, to bear Offices of Magistracy in the faid City, and for regulating Elections of fuch Officers. 10. An Aft for clearing, depthning, repairing, extending, maintaining, and improving the Haven and Piers of Great Yarmouth, and for depthning and making more navigable the feveral Rivers emptying themfelves at the faid Town ; and alfo for preferving Ships, wintering in the faid Haven, from Accidents by Fire. 11. An Act for repairing and widening the Road leading from the Black-Bull'm Dunflablem the County of Bedford, to the Way turning out of the faid Road up to Shafford- Houje in the County of Hertford. 12. An Aft for the more eafy aifigning or transferring cer- tain redeemable Annuities, payable at the Exchequer, by Endorfements on the {landing Orders for the fame. 13. An Act for the enlarging the Term granted by an Act, paffed in the eighth Year of the Reign of her late Majefty. An Act for enlarging the Term granted by an Act made in the third Year of his Majefty 's Reign (for continuing the Duty of two Pennies Scots upon every Pint of Ale and Beer fold in the City of Edinburgh, for the Purpofes there- in mentioned ; and for difcontinuing Payment of the Petty- Port Cufloms there) and for making the faid Act more effeftual. 1^.
