On Complaint II. And be it enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That after the faid firft Day of June one thoufand _.ly affemble and affociate for the flickering themfslvcs from their Debts, of which Complaint fhall have been made by a Prefentment of the Grand Jury at a General or Quarter- Seffions of the proper County, by any Perfon or Perfons who hath or have or fhall have any Debt or Debts, Sum or Sums of Money due or owing to him, her or them from any Perfon or Perfons now be- ing, or which fhall hereafter be fheltered and refide within the faid Hamlet of IVapphig- Stepney, and Places adjacent, or elfewhere within the faid Bills of Mortality, wherein Perfons fhall unlawfully af- femble and affociate for the flickering themfelves from their Debts, of which Complaint fhall have been made by a Prefentment of the Grand Jury at a General or Quarter-Seffions of the proper County, fuch Creditor or Creditors having any legal Writ or Procefs taken out for profecuting, recovering or levying and on Oath that any fuch Debt or Debts, Sum or Sums of Money, and making Oath before fuch Judge, that a Debt or the Debt exceed- Debts, exceeding fifty Pounds, is or are juftly due to him, her or them from the Perfon or Perfons againft ed5ol. whom fuch Complaint fhall be made, and that fuch Creditor or Creditors verily believe, that fuch Per- fon or Perfons do then refide, and is or are flickered, within fuch Place or Places as fhall in fuch Oath be particularly mentioned, it fhall and may be lawful to and for fuch Judge, and he is hereby authorized and impowered, in all and every fuch Cafe and Cafes (if he in his Difcretion fhall find it to berequifite) the Judge may to iffue his Order from time to time to the Sheriff of the County of Middlefex, or to the Sheriff of any iffue his Order other County into which the faid Bills of Mortality do extend for the Time being, thereby ftrictly en- tp <he Shenft to joining and refpeclively requiring him or them, his or their refpe£five Deputy or Deputies, Officer or Comitatus.
