Rates and Duties of Tonnage fhall be fuch as the Company of Cutlers fhall think fit, not exceeding 2 s. 6 d. for every Fodder of Lead or Lead Ore, or 3 s. for every cuftomary Ton of Iron, Steel, Horns, Hoofs, Bones, Box Wood ; or 3 s. 6 d. for every Ton of Deals, Boards or Timber of foreign Growth, Cheefe, Salt, Corn, Cutlery Wares, Iron Wares, Groceries or other Merchandizes; or 6 d. for every Ton of Lime or Lime-Stone brought up the River to Rotherham or above Aldwark Wafh ; or 9 d. for every Ton of Lime or Lime-Stone brought up to Tinfley ; or 3 d. for every Ton of Lime or Lime-Stone carried up or down the River to Doncajler Wafh, or any other Piace between AldwarkWadi and Doncajler ; or for every Ton of Coals, Stone, Iron, Sough, Mettle, Wood and Timber which fhall be carried from the Head of the Navigation, or any Part of the Lordfhip of Tinfley down to Holmjlile or Doncajler, or from Doncajler or Hohnjlile up to Tin- fley (except Wood and Timber of Englijh Growth, for which only is. 6 d. per Ton is to be paid, and from Rotherham to Hohnjlile no more than 1 s. per Ton) not exceeding 2 s. 6 d. and from Rotherham not ex- ceeding 2 s. or on any Part between Rotherham and Kilnhurft Works, and from thence to Denaby, Mexburgh and Cuningsbrough, not exceeding is. 6 d. or on any Part between Cuningsbr ough and Holmjlile not exceed- ing 1 s. Managers of Boats to give juft Accounts of their Goods. On Death or Refufal to aft, Commif- fioners to elect new ones. Undertakers may fet up Winches or other Engines to tow up VefTels : To main- tain Gates, &c, in the Towing-Paths, and Bridges over the new Cuts. All Meetings of the CommifTioners to be within fix Miles of the Matter in Queftion. Mailers of Boats anfWerable for their Boatmen. Owner's Name to be fet on the Outfide of every Veffel. Owners of Thribergh Forge, C5V. may appoint one to prevent leaving open the Locks, to be paid by the Undertakers. A free Navigation from Hohnjlile to Tinfley Weftward, paying the Duties. Owners of Lands may ufe Pleafure-Boats on the River. River Dun not un- der the Survey of the Commiffioners of Sewers. Locks to be opened on Demand for free Paffage. Under- takers may borrow Money on the Duties. Lords of Manors, or Owners of Ground, may build Ware- houfes, isfc. on their own Lands. Not to make any Cut out of Doncajler Corn-Mill Dam, between that and Holmjlile. CAP.
