' difcovered all their Eftate and Effects, and delivered the fame up for the Benefit of iheir Creditors, and ' been conformable unto the faid Act in other Particulars;' Be it therefore further enacted by the Autho- rity aforefaid, That all and every Bankrupt and Bankrupts, who was or were declared a Bankrupt or B ert i fica , tes b °. f Bankrupts, on or before the fourteenth Day of May one thoufand feven hundred and twenty-nine, and fore 14^1 ay 1729, have difcovered all their Eftate and Effecls, and have delivered up the fame for the Benefit of their Cre- on Conformity, ditors, mall be intitled to all and Angular the Relief, Benefit and Advantages, and be fubjedt and liable confirmcd > to all the Penalties mentioned or contained in the Act of Parliament palled in the fifth Year of the Reign of his late Majefty King George the'Firft, intituled, An Act for the better preventing Frauds committed by Bankrupts, if they already have obtained, or (hall hereafter, at any Time before the twenty-fifth Day of March one thoufand feven hundred and thirty-three, obtain Certificates of their Conformity purfuant to the faid Act ; and fuch Certificates fhall be allowed and confirmed as the faid Act directs ; any Thing herein contained to the contrary notwithftanding. ' XLVIII. And whereas Adtions may have been brought againft fuch Bankrupts, and other Proceed- ' ings had thereupon, for Caufes and Matters ariling and growing due before the Time of the Bankruptcy ' of fuch Bankrupts,' Be it further enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That all fuch Adions, and all ^?™^& Proceedings thereon for any fuch Caufes or Matters, fhall be and are hereby difcharged againft fuch difcharged. Bankrupts and their Bail fo obtaining fuch Certificates allowed as aforefaid. XLIX. An Act for appointing Commiffioners for taking, Hating and determining all the Claims and Demands of the Creditors of The Charitable Corporation for Relief of induftrious Poor, by affift- ing them with fmall Sums upon Pledges at legal Intereft; and of all Perfons claiming any Share or Intereft in the Stock or Fund of the faid Corporation, and for enabling the laid Corpo- ration to name one Perfon to be an Affignee under the refpective Commiffions of Bank- ruptcy awarded againft George Robinfon and John Thomfon ; and for enabling the Commif- fioners acting under the faid Commiffions of Bankruptcy to proceed and inquire of the Eftates, Goods and Effects of the faid Bankrupts, and to apply the fame; and to oblige John Thomfon, Father of the faid John Thomfon the Bankrupt, to appear before the faid Commiffioners of Bankruptcy in England. ' have already fuffered great Lofies : And whereas it is juft and reafqnable, that the faid Difputes fhould ' be fettled with as little Expence, and in as fhort and eafy a Manner as may be, and that the State of ' the Affairs of the faid Corporation, and the Demands of all Perfons claiming any Share, Intereft,. ' Debts or Sums of Money in, to, out of or from the fame, may be afcertained, fettled, adjufted and ' determined :' May it therefore pleafe your moft Excellent Majefty that it may be enacted, &c. An Act to reftrain Sir Robert Sutton, Knight of the Bath, Sir Archibald Grant, Baronet, Denis Bond,-, William Burroughs, Efquires, Richard Woolley and Thomas Warren, from going out of this Kingdom. for the Space of one Year and until the End of the then next Seflion of Parliament ; and for dif- covering their Eftates and Effects, and to prevent the tranfporting or alienating the fame; and to> oblige William Squire to furrender himfelf at a Time and Place mentioned in the Act, and to give Secu- rity for his not going out of this Kingdom for the Space of one Year and until the End of the then next Seffion of Parliament, and for difcovering his Eftate and Effects, and to prevent the tranf- porting or alienating the fame ; and for committing the aforefaid William Burroughs to the Prifon of the Fleety until he lhall have complied with the Directions of this Act.
