And be it further enacled by the Authority aforcfaid, That all OfFenccs made Felony by this Acl, to .be thed, flial! and may be enquired of, examined, tried and determined in the Court of King's Ber.ch in that Part of Great Brhmn called England, or in the Kigh Court of Jufticiary in that Part of Great Brlinin called S.cot- iind refpcfcively, or in any County of this ilealm, in fuch Manner and Form as if the Fac?c had beeii there- in committed, or within any of the Brltifo Colonies or Plantations in America, within which any fuch Of- fence fhall be committed, or in any County of Ireland, in cafe any fuch Oftence fhall be committed within that Kingdom. Pounds Sterling for every fuch Oftence; of which one Moiety fliall belong to his Majefty, his Heirs and Diftribution of Succeifors, and the other Moiety to fuch Perfon or Perfons who fliall fue for the fame, in the Colony or the Forfeitures.
