XVIIL And it is hereby alfo ena£l:ed. XIX. And it is hereby alfo enafted. That out of all or any the Aids or Supplies aforcfaid, there {hi njid may be ifined and paid to the Commiffioners for building a Bridge crofs the River Tiwnes, from thd City of IVtJhninfter to the oppofite Shore, in the County of Surrey, or any feven or more of them, or i fuch Ptrfun or Perfons as fliall be appointed under the Plands and Seals of th; faid CoiiJimJirioners, or any feve
