That when and as often as any Truftee or Truftees fhail die, or, Removal of by Writing under his or their Hand, refufe to aft, it fhall and may be lawful for fuch of the faid Truftees Truftees, others as fhall then furvive or remain, or any f.ven or more of them, at any General Meeting, by any Writing or '° '"^ chcfcn. Writings under their Hands and Seals, to eleft, nominate and appoint one or more fit Perfon or Perfons in the Room or Place of fuch Truftee or Truftees fo dying or refufing to aft as aforefaid ; and fuch Perfon or Perfons fo elefted, nominated or appointed, fhall be joined with fuch furviving or remaining'Truftees, in Execution of all and every the Powers in them repofed by virtue of this Aft.
