An Ail for fettling the Draining cf ti?e Great Level cf the Fens, called Bedford Level, or by vir- tue of any other Acl or Statute whatfoever, or to invalidate, leffcn, diminilh, alter or take away any tif the Rights, Powers and Authorities, veiled in the faid Governor, Bailiffs and Commonalty, or in the foid Governor, Bailiffs and Confervators, but that all Rights, Powers and Authorities whatfoever, which by virtue of the faid Acl made in the fifteenth Year of the Rtign of King Charles the Se- cond, or any oiher Ait or Statute whatfoever, now are vefted in the faid (jovemor, Baiiiffs and Com- irtonalty, or in the laid Governor, Bailiffs and Confervators, or any of them, Ihall for ever hereafter retnain, continue and be in the faid Governor, Bailitfs and Commonalty, and in the faid Governor, Bailiffs and Confervators, and every of them, as fully and amply, to all Intents and Purpofes, as if this A(5t had never been made.
