XXXVIIf. Provided likewife, and it is hereby alfo further enacted by the Authority aforefaid. That all Pcverofpyiting and every the Powers and Authorities in and by this Act given and granted to the Mayor, Aldermen and this Aainexe. Commons of the faid City of London, in Common Coimcil aflembled, fliall and may at all Times hereafter ^^j""";^^ ^ be exercifed and performed as fully and effectually to all Intents and Purpofes v/hatfoever, by any Committee committee" ^ who fliall be appointed from Time to Time by the faid Mayor, Aldermen and Commons of the faid City of London, In Common Council aflembled for putting in Execution, this Act, or performing any Matters her by directed to be done, according to the Authorities which from Time to Time by the iaid Mayor, Al- dermen and Commons of the faid City of London, in Common Council aiTembled, fnall be delegated or given to fuch Committee ; and that all and every Afts, Mattei-s and Things which at any Times hereafter fliall be done or tranfafted by any fuch Committee who fliall be appointed as aforefaid, fliall be as valid and effcftual to all Intents and Purpofes whatfoever, as if the fame were or had beendone, tranfafted or per- formed by the faid Mayor, Aldermen and Commons of the faid City of London, in Cornmon Council af- femhled ; any Thing in this Aft- before contained to the contrary thereof in any wife notwithftanding. XXXIX. And it is hereby alfo enafted by the Authority aforefaid.
